  6.     Use of this software indicates your acceptance of the following terms 
  7.     and conditions.  If you do not agree with them, do not use the
  8.     software.
  9.  
  10.     You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of this software 
  11.     for a 30-day evaluation period; make as many copies of the Shareware 
  12.     version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact 
  13.     copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the 
  14.     Shareware version of the software and documentation in its unmodified 
  15.     form via electronic means.

  17.     NORTH AMERICAN WILD BIRDS (NAWB) is the copyrighted property of 
  18.     Due North Software. You are granted a limited license to use NAWB, 
  19.     to copy and distribute it, provided the following conditions are met:

  21.     1.  No fee may be charged for such copying and distribution other than 
  22.         actual costs incurred, except for a nominal distribution fee.
  23.  
  24.     2.  NAWB may ONLY be distributed in its original, unmodified state, 
  25.         complete with data files and this documentation.
  26.  
  27.     3.  NAWB may not be distributed as part of a package or group of 
  28.     programs without the permission of Due North Software.
  29.  
  30.     4.  The paid registered version may NOT be distributed.

  32.     If you paid a "public domain" vendor for this program, you paid
  33.     for the service of copying and distributing the program, and not for 
  34.     the program itself.  Rest assured that nothing ever gets to the 
  35.     originators of this product from such a sale.  You  may evaluate this 
  36.     product, but if you make use of it, you  should register your copy.

  38.     Unregistered use of NAWB after the 30-day evaluation
  39.     period is in violation of federal copyright laws.

  43.     This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

  45.     LIMITED WARRANTY

  48.     Due North Software hereby disclaims all warranties relating to this
  49.     product, whether express or implied, including without limitation
  50.     any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
  51.     particular purpose. The author cannot and will not be liable for
  52.     any special incidental, consequential, indirect or similar damages
  53.     due to the loss of data or any other reason, even if the author has
  54.     been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall
  55.     the liability for any damages ever exceed the price paid for the
  56.     licence to use this software, regardless of the form and/or extent
  57.     of the claim. The user of this program bears all risk as to the
  58.     quality and performance of the software.

  60.     This warranty will be replaced by a limited 90 day warranty that
  61.     covers the diskette and documentation upon registration
  62.     of North American Wild Birds.
